Let's Hit the Road....

Like my new ride? I'm not sure what to do with it yet, except that I can sit on it. Maybe when I'm a little bit bigger I'll be able to move around on it. It has a cool squeaky horn.
I am crawling around everywhere lately and I pull my self up on everything. Mummy has had to put locks on the drawers and cupboards because I like to pull everything out. I need to know what is in there!
I'm getting more teeth as well and that means I like to bite. Beware when you put a finger in my mouth! You should be able to see some of them in some of these photos.

I've heard that this is the time of the year that the easter bunny comes around. I'm not sure what he's about but I hope he comes to visit.

Tiger Jack

Remember a few posts ago when I said I could growl like a tiger? Well now I finally have the proof to show you! I'm not sure why I growl, I just like to do it. Maybe it's because I am experimenting with using my voice and this is a new sound to me. In this video you can also see how good I am at standing up....with a little help.

Bula Bula! - Part 2

Bula Bula!

Last week I was lucky enough to go on a holiday to Fiji! It was a very different experience for me because I didn't have my familiar bed and pram. I'd been on a plane before but this time it was a long flight and I got to sleep in a special bed. We stayed at a really nice hotel and I got to eat lots of fruit, especially watermelon.

The hotel had a nice pool where I got to do lots of swimming. There were lots of bus rides and we visited a village where I got to meet the chief (that's me and him in one of the photos below). I got to see a lot of people and loved trying to get their attention. Even people on the plane!

I had a fun time and tried to be a good boy even though I can feel more teeth coming down and it didn't make me feel too good sometimes. I think Mummy and Emma had a fun time too.

I've got a lot of photos from my holiday so I'll put some up now and the rest up in my next post.

One of My Favourites

I thought I would share with you one of my favourite toys from Daddy's place. He calls them "maracas". They make a sound when you shake them. I like them because they are easy to hold onto and they fit in my mouth. I got them for christmas. I've learnt to shake them and I can also make a bigger sound by banging them together.

Adventures on the Ground

Today I've decided to put 2 videos up to show you all my great crawling and exploring skills (and all without a bib on!). It's great to be able to go where I want to go. I found a ceramic snail at Daddy's place that makes a cool sound when I pat it's back.
You might also like to know that I have started swimming lessons already. Mummy takes me to the pool once a week and I got to have a splash with other babies. I think it's pretty fun but some of the others don't like it at all.

The Opposite of Backwards

I'm now finally getting the hang of crawling forwards. When I'm on the floor and I see something I want, I can usually get there. Sometimes I can even do it quickly. It takes a bit of effort and concentration though.
Daddy was filming me the other day when I was crawling. Once I saw that video camera though, I had to get it. As you can see in the video I got pretty close!
You might also be wondering why Daddy was growling at me. That's because I can do it too. Mummy taught me to growl like a tiger and now I like to do it a lot. It sounds pretty scary!
