After Christmas it was still school holidays. Daddy took some time off work. We got to do lots of things.
The first thing to do was wash Daddy's car before our big drive for our holiday. I was a very good helper with the hose.
Washing the car reminded me that I should probably wash my cars as well.
During the week we all went to the city on the train. We visited the Opera House. I remembered that building because Emma has a Lego model of it.
At Daddy's place we played a lot. Here is Emma being a scientist and making slime.
I decided to play as pirate batman!
We also went to the movies to see the walking with dinosaurs movie. I saw this poster at the movies. Can you see me as lego Jack?
It was also a good time to play board games. We got Mouse Trap for Christmas and I love playing it.
I got invited to a birthday party for my preschool friend Kohen. It was a gymbus party. That means there is a really big bus that you can play inside. It was a hot day.
As you can see I like to get real close to the action. It was a Lego cake.
The next day we left for our holiday to Queensland. I'll put some photos of that up soon!

Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas everyone!
I know I'm a bit late but I wanted to show you more than just Christmas day.
Leading up to Christmas I was getting into the Christmas spirit. I loved opening advent calendars every day. Sometimes I would wake up early just so I can open the next day.
Firstly we had to visit Santa so I could tell him what I would like.
At preschool we had been learning some songs and dances for a Christmas performance. We performed it in front of lots of people. I could see Daddy and Nanna in the crowd watching us. I had my special Santa hat with my name on it that Uncle Brian gave me.
And finally it was Christmas day! Santa only came to visit Daddy's place so Emma stayed here too. It was so exciting there were lots of presents!
One of the presents I got was a new remote control car from John. The next day I had to take it out and play it. It's so cool and very fast. It was a bit tricky to steer it but I'm getting good at it now. I loved driving it into Daddy's feet and making him run around.
Also after Christmas it was time to smash the gingerbread house that Nanna had made. This was the fun part because I could do all the smashing. I gave it a good go.

It's Been a While - Part 2
Here are some more photos from the last couple of months.
This is the big seafood lunch we had for Nanna's birthday. I look pretty happy here but I actually thought that everything on that platter looked yuck!
We also did something pretty exciting. We went on a plane to see my Uncle DJ get married at Grandma and Grandpop's place! Here's me and Emma doing silly faces while we wait at the airport.
Here is my wedding outfit. I think I looked pretty smart. I think the lightsaber on the belt completed the look really well.

This was a special day at swimming. We were going to be swimming in our PJs! This is me making a silly face while waiting to start. I'm pretty happy here because I wasn't really sure what was going to happen...
What they do is pick you up and throw you in the pool. You have to swim back to the edge and get out. Once I saw a few kids do this I started getting really worried.
Here I am, about to get thrown in.

I finally made it back to the edge of the pool. It's actually a lot harder to swim when you have clothes on.
Once I got out, I had to voice my displeasure with what had just happened.

It's Been a While
Well it's been quite a while since I posted an update. I've been a busy boy so here is a catch up on what I've been doing for the last few weeks.
My Preschool had a disco night back in October. It was cool because I got to get my hair spray painted. I had orange and blue crazy hair!
Daddy bought me some pets. They are hermit crabs! They are a bit icky and I still don't like to touch them, but I love to sit and watch them crawl around. Their names are Ninja, Lazy, Steph and Baby. A bit later on Emma got one called Pixie and I got another one called Spike because his shell has a big spike.
After Emma's birthday, she had some friends come over for a sleepover. They had a yummy chocolate fountain. I thought I'd join them because I love chocolate.
I wanted to put Daddy's christmas tree up early. It was a big job and I did good helping. I think it looks pretty good.
I like to make funny faces and then get Daddy to take a photo. Then I can see what it looks like. This is one of my good ones.
In November we also went to Charlotte's baptism. She is so cute. It was a big day. I love to give her kisses. I think she is my girlfriend.

Our Little Holiday - Part 2
Another place that we visited on our holiday to Canberra was the Dinosaur museum! Daddy took me there while the girls went and did girl things.
We saw lots of dinosaurs. Some of them looked a bit scary.
Here is me hatching out of an egg like a baby dinosaur!
It was fun when I got to build a dinosaur skeleton.
After that we went to Floriade. This was another place that had lots of flowers. I had to stop for ice cream. Of course I made a bit of a mess.
It was a big day. I'm glad we brought the stroller.
The next day we went for a walk through Canberra. We found these weird dogs.
Then we went to a place called Questacon. It was really cool. There were lots of things to look at and touch.
Emma was very brave and did this big slide. There were some people who got too scared when they got to the top!
After that we went to the place where they make all the money. I found this treasure chest with lots and lots of gold!
And that was it for our quick holiday!

Our Little Holiday - Part 1
Recently Mummy, Daddy, Emma and I went on a little holiday for one night. We went to a place called Canberra. We left early in the morning and drove in the car for a long time.
Our first stop was in Goulburn and we saw a really big sheep called the big Merino. We even got to climb up to the top to look out his eyes.
When we got closer to Canberra, we stopped at a place called Tulip Top Gardens. It had lots of colourful flowers and a little waterfall.
Then we left and went to a place called Cockington Green Gardens. I really loved this place. It had lots of tiny buildings and people. It was like a tiny world! There were so many things to see and even some trains. It was very exciting!

Gone Fishing Again
This one was a couple of months ago. Mummy, Daddy and I went fishing again at Grays Point. It was fun because I learnt how to cast the line myself! It took a few tries but I got it eventually. Unfortunately we didn't catch any fish this time.
Later on in the day we went to the park with my bike. I thought this would be a good time to hide in the boot of Dad's car. Mum did too!
